St Hallet – Blackwell Shiraz      2012                                                       

As St Hallett's reserve Shiraz, Blackwell is big and bold. It exudes all the power and brooding density that the Barossa has to offer. It's all about optimum power and concentration of fruit flavour. Deep, vivid crimson-purple; has taken full advantage of everything the '12 vintage had to offer; gloriously full, but supple and velvety/juicy red and black fruits, the tannins and oak joining with the fruit on the full-bodied, perfectly balanced, palate.

Woodlands - Margaret River Chardonnay       2014                                     

The Wilyabrup subregion of Margaret River is widely acclaimed by winery insiders as the source of Australia's finest Chardonnay. With less than a hectare of low yielding Chardonnay, this Woodlands is highly limited and sort after. Intense straw hue. Layers of stonefruit and lime, nectarines and pear, mineral notes and struck flint over subtle French oak. The palate is balanced and refined, showing great poise and finesse, stonefruits and citrus, mineral and flint over delightful French oak, finishing with a vibrant crisp texture from the bright natural acidity. A rich, full bodied wine with excelent retention of natural freshness.

Wynns – Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon   2006                                                 

Produced from only the top 25% of available cabernet grapes, this wine has a long established reputation for displaying excellent Coonawarra cabernet varietal definition and exceptionally high wine quality. The wine is redolent of cassis and other red berry fruits with a strong background of charry oak, ground coffee, dark chocolate and mint.

Vasse Felix - Filius Chardonnay                  2014                                              

A proven medal and trophy winning wine, the Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay has delicious stone fruit and purity of acid and minerality. A vibrant fruit base of nectarine, lemon and pineapple, wrapped in a slow yielding cloak of warm croissant, butter, vanillan and spicy oak aromas. Subtle gamey nuances bring a wild, complex dimension to a classic Margaret River Chardonnay.

D’Arenberg – The High Trellis, Cabernet Sauvignon         2008                                   

Excellent colour and a sweet dark cherry-scented nose with some mulberry and cassis, fresh brambly smells, really ripe and showing little in the way of oak. This is powered by a strong regional expression. The palate starts out sweet and has a fine sleeve of smoothly ripened tannin, marking out even shape and driving lively dark berry flavour through to a chalky, savoury finish.

Cape Mentelle - Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2014                         

Cape Mentelle takes a minimal approach towards this classic Margaret River blend. The aim is to preserve as much fruit intensity and regional character as possible, whilst providing a full flavoured distinctive white wine. The style accentuates the fresh fruit characters of both varieties, juicy clean and fresh with talcy pithy structure balancing the rich fruit flavours of limes, passionfruit and lychee. The texture is creamy and the finish bright, intense, long and elegant.

Penfolds – Bin 138 Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre   2006                                      

The Penfolds Bin 138 is crafted to the style of the famous Chateâuneuf du Pape.Perfumed, spicy and plumy Grenache is immediately noticeable leading to aromas of dark chocolate and freshly ground cocoa beans. A burst of berried Grenache initially impact, followed by the black olive, liquorice and dark chocolate contribution of Shiraz and Mourvedre. The finish is sweet fruited and lingering, without the obtrusion of oak.

Evans & Tate – Margaret River Chardonnay   2008                                     

The focus is on maximising fruit quality through careful selection to produce wines with elegance and intense fruit characters, stylish and refined. This Chardonnay has intensity, finesse and impeccable balance as well as cool white peach flavours, juicy with citrus and classy butterscotch and apricot ferment characters, a tingling pineapple acidity and lovely creamy texture to finish.

Penfolds – Bin 8 Cabernet Shiraz                2012                                              

A new range that is composed of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Shiraz. The nose is quiet striking, there's a nicely crafted oak element layered into the mix, the Shiraz comes across flambouyant and chocolatey, the Cabernet adds leafy notes. There’s a little dark olive and plenty of dark fruit flavours on the palate, great depth and well-judged ripeness. This is succulent and rich, quite silky and even, showing plums and spice, deep red and purple fruit flavours, some gentle mocha oak and smooth, approachable layered tannins.

Margan – Hunter Valley Semillon                 2014                                              

Australia’s Hunter Valley is world renowned for its Semillon. The Margan Hunter Valley Semillon is no different, a richer and softer style wine with intense citrus flavours. Pepper Tree – Cabernet Sauvignon      2013                                              

If there’s one grape style that typifies the Limestone Coast then it would undoubtedly be Cabernet. A blend of Wrattonbully and Coonawarra Cabernet to create a combination of blackcurrant and cassis aromas. Ripe aromas of cassis and blackberry integrated well with spicy French oak. A full body Cabernet displaying sweet ripe fruit balanced by fine tannins, providing great structure and length.

Henschke - Tilly's Vineyard      2012                                                       

Henschke Tilly's Vineyard is a crisp blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Chardonnay grown in the Barossa and the Adelaide Hills. Showing aromas of stone fruit blossom and honeysuckle, the palate follows through with sweet fruit with a crunchy apple texture and a crisp finish. A brilliant accompaniment to salads and seafood.

Madfish – Gold Turtle Chardonnay    2014                                              

From the Howard Park stable comes this impressive Chardonnay sourced from the Margaret River. The Gold Turtle displays opulent honeyed peach flavours with a beguiling texture that lingers on the palate for what seems like an eternity. A perfect match to Asian Fusion cuisine as well as being more than at home when enjoyed on its own.

Bleasdale – Bremerview Shiraz           2012                                              

The cellars at Bleasdale are a national monument, constructed from red gumwood and limestone. A medium to full bodied wine showing intense ripe dark berry fruit aromas, A touch of fruitcake and some cinnamon spice. The palate is dense with blackberry preserve and smoky oak flavours and lovely lingering fruit sweetness with attractive savoury tannins.

Evans & Tate - Classic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc   2014                            

A careful blend of fruit sourced from some of Margaret River's finest vineyards. The Evans & Tate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc - clear pale lemon-green in colour with aroma of fresh cut grass, passion fruit with a hint of elderflower on the nose. Dry medium body and intensity of crisp green apple and ripe stone fruits with hints of green pepper on the palate. Great acidity structure with a medium to long finish. True to the classic dry white style for which the region is so fondly known.

Schild Estate - Barossa Grenache Mourvedre Shiraz GSM2013                   

Proud bearers of a 5-Star Halliday Winery Rating. The Schild Estate GSM is a perfect marriage of three classic Barossa red varieties each with its own strong varietal signature, ensure this wine has both complexity and interest. Old bush vine Grenache dominate with ripe red fruits and spice, the Mourvedre give bright, peppery blue fruits and the shiraz brings it all together with a core of juicy ripe tannins.

Brown Brothers – Muscato                                                                                                             

Muscat of Alexandria is a wonderfully fruity grape, which produces delicate and perfumed, crisp white wines. Light straw colour with some youthful green hues, notes of tropical fruits, musk and freshly crushed grapes. In the mouth the wine is plush and mouth filling, with tangy characters of mixed sherbets and nice grapey elements. Retained carbon dioxide gives a mild frizzante effect resulting in a lively and fresh wine.

Wyndham Estate – 888 Cabernet Merlot                 2010                                     

From one of the founding fathers of the Australian wine industry, this Cabernet Merlot has mid to deep crimson with vibrant purple hues. Bouquet of ripe blackberry and plum with subtle vanillin oak complexity. Palate of fresh red berries with cherry and underlying mint and spice. Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine tannin structure and length, with Merlot freshing out the mid palate.
