Moet Chandon – Brut Imperial Champagne                                                                

           This famous celebratory Champagne can be enjoyed at any occasion. Colours of pale straw with tiny, persistent beads. The wine has a bright, yeasty nose with hints of amaretto. The first taste is mellow and creamy, but it explodes mid-mouth into lemon, apple, and banana, nicely balanced with just enough acidity.

It displays a creamy texture, elegant white blossom aromas and bright citrus and red berry flavours, with a lingering finish.

Codorníu – Spain Brut NV Cava                                                                       

From the Penedès region in Catalonia, in northeastern Spain, the Codorníu Cava was first created in 1872 using the original blend of the three traditional cava grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. This cava is made according to the Traditional Method with the second fermentation taking place in this bottle, resulting in a fresh, crisp and elegant sparkling wine displaying green apple, citrus, almond and brioche characters. And fine, persistent bubbles.

            Founded in 1973 by Moët & Chandon, drawing from the French champaigne heritage and the innovative spirit of California to create a sophisticated and vibrant sparkling wine. The Rosé captures the excitement of adventurous wine lovers for its opulent fruit flavours and richness. Intense ripe strawberry, juicy watermelon, and fresh red cherry fruit aromas and flavours are interwoven with apple, pear, and stone fruit. Jacob’s Creek – Chardonnay Pinor Noir Brut Cuvee(200ml)                         

         An elegant sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinor Noir. Light straw in colour with a hint of green. The aromas are of mild toast, nuts, and hints of citrus. Has nice acid, good fruit, and is medium dry, but not too sharp. The taste is of citrus, hints of pineapple, green apple peel, grape fruit, and grassy herbal notes. The finish is crisp, smooth, soft, and quite clean so that it leaves you wanting to take another sip.

Chandon – Australia Brut NV                                                                  

         Established in Australia by the French champagne house Moët & Chandon, to take advantage of the premium quality, cool-climate of the Yarra Valley in Victoria. The Brut NV is characterised by a creamy and soft front/mid palate which flows seamlessly into a generous and persistent length. Flavours of white peach, honey and roasted nuts blend harmoniously to create a complex wine with a refreshing finish.
