Chandon – California Brut Rosé (Sparkling)                                                             

            Founded in 1973 by Moët & Chandon, drawing from the French champaigne heritage and the innovative spirit of California to create a sophisticated and vibrant sparkling wine. The Rosé captures the excitement of adventurous wine lovers for its opulent fruit flavours and richness. Intense ripe strawberry, juicy watermelon, and fresh red cherry fruit aromas and flavours are interwoven with apple, pear, and stone fruit. St Hallett – Frivola, Barossa Rosé                 2012                                              

Crafted in the Pink Moscato style with a touch of fizz on the finish, our Frivola is sweetly fruity, light and spritzy - it flirts with the tastebuds., This salmon pink Rose is super refreshing and fruity with notes of lychee, guava, red apple, ripe peach and other exotic fruits. The lower Baume and higher natural acidity provides for a more delicate, crisp style of wine, yet still expresses the soft, perfumed characteristics of this Frivola.

 

 

 

 

Grant Burge – Muscato Rosa      2013  (Frizzante)                                       

The fruit for this Moscato Rosa is sourced from premium vineyards in the Barossa Valley and around South Australia. Only the best parcels of grapes goes in to make this premium, delicate, fruit-driven wine with excellent balance. Very pale strawberry red in appearance, good creamy mousse. Sweet, floral and muscat-like nose with orange blossom, rose petal and a clove/cinnamon spice. Great fruit intensity with floral and muscat-like notes; lingering acid. Excellent fruit/acid/sugar balance for a sweet wine.

 

 

 

 

De Bortoli – Emeri Pink Moscato (Sparkling)                                              

                  Pale translucent pink in colour with high intensity in the nose, this wine is off-dry (lightly sweet) sparkling that shows vibrant fruits of strawberry, raspberry, and fruit cocktail. A little bit of lemon gives nice acidity and the finish is velvety and full with a persistent bead and fresh. The perfect aperitif or drink on it’s own.

 

 

 

 

Beringer – White Zinfandel (Rosé)

Jacob’s Creek – Sparkling Rosé  (200ml)                                                    

Soft pink colour with a fine and persistent mousse. The Pinot Noir characters are showcased in this wine with a bouquet of fresh strawberry and red currant notes followed by some delicate citrus from the Chardonnay. Generous red berry and citrus fruit flavours enrich the palate with creamy depth mouth feel. The wine finishes soft and round, with lingering berry flavours.
