Penfolds – Cellar Reserve Viognier Barossa Valley2013                          

The Penfolds Cellar Reserve labels are based on special vineyards and new innovative vinification practices. They are handcrafted, small batch wines made with plenty of love and attention. Very pale straw colour, intensely lifted floral aromatics of jasmine and frangipani, Turkish delight spice and Kaffir lime leaf, with a subtle undertone of rose water. Apricot nectar, lemon zest and grapefruit characters provide a luscious front and mid palate, with textural, tangy, citrus acidity providing a perfect balance.

 

 

 

 

St Hallett – Late Harvest Semillon       2012                                              

                  The dessert wine for those that don’t particularly like super sweet wines. Brimming with sweet melon and pear aromas, the palate is filled with crisp tropical fruits culminating in a soft acid line. This small volume parcel is exclusive to cellar door and is perfect for your next dinner party.

 

 

 

 

Tahuna – Ice Semillon Hawkes Bay    2010                                              

The Tahuna Ice Semillon is made from the Semillon grape that has been allowed to literally freeze on the vine, in the cold of the Winter night and quickly harvested. Thus significantly concentrating the grape's sugars and intensifying the flavour profile. A sweet, light refreshing ice wine with ripe citrus and pineapple characters on the palate.

 

 

 

 

Seppeltsfield – Solero DP57 Grand Tokay                               

Crafted from the Muscadelle grape, sourced exclusively from the Rutherglen region in NE Victoria. The Muscadelle that forms the DP57 Grand Tokay is left on the vine for an extended ripening period. The resultant fruit is high in natural sugar levels which is then briefly fermented and fortified, to produce an indulgent and seamless wine. Matured in the Solero aging system for a minimum of 10 years, this Grand Tokay has a palate of great intensity, showing luscious sweet tea leaf, caramel and butterscotch characters. Quality fortification spirit is evident, complemented by fine natural acid balance.

 

 

 

 

Grant Burge - 10 Year Old Tawny                                          

This fine mature tawny is made from the Barossa’s traditional tawny varieties of grenache, mataro and shiraz, and has been gently aged in oak quarter casts before blended to an average age of 10 years. Richly flavoured showing a tawny colour with tinges of red. Complex rancio characters show through on the bouquet, together with some fresh fruit characters and excellent integration of spirit. The palate is sweet and mellow but finishes quite dry and shows a harmonious balance of developed fruit characters and oak tannins. Winner of five Gold and sixteen Silver Medals to date!

 

 

 

 

Seppeltsfield – Ruby Liqueur Rosé                                          

Seppeltsfield Ruby takes traditional Rosé style wine to a new level. Ruby is lightly fortified using a neutral spirit, which enhances the aromatic profile and palate length of the wine. It displays irresistible scent and flavour of fresh raspberries, strawberries, and sweet cherries on the palate with a clean refreshing finish. Drink chilled or over ice, or mix with soda or tonic for a refreshing cocktail.
